Laurent Morisset

Founding President and Expert Advisor

Laurent has been active in the world of marketing and communications for nearly 15 years where he has earned a fine reputation. As President of C4 Communications, a company which he founded in 2002, he manages the team and acts as Expert Advisor in communication to our customers (companies, NPO and associations). He also acts as a special advisor on some boards of directors.

During his career, Laurent has spearheaded more than 100 marketing and communication projects. He studied in Montreal and in France, and holds a certificate in marketing management from HEC Montréal, a bachelor of political science from Université de Montréal and a certificate in strategic studies from Université Jean Moulin-Lyon 3.

Joanne Sunde

Artistic Director and Graphic Designer

Joanne Sunde has acquired 15 years of solid experience in artistic direction and graphic design, working for media companies and as an independent consultant. Her outstanding creativity and understanding of the strategic issues and objectives specific to each mandate make her an unparalleled resource for all of the agency’s graphic design projects. Before joining the C4 team, she was a Senior Graphic Designer, a Creative Director and a Studio Manager at Zoom Media.

Joanne has created many communication tools for businesses, advertising agencies and non-profit organizations. As a creative jack of all trades, she works her magic on mutimedia presentations, advertisements, websites, brand images and tools of all kinds.

She has a diploma in computer graphics and preprint from Collège Ahuntsic.

Caroline Ménard

Graphic Designer and Project Manager

Caroline Ménard has specialized in graphic design and multimedia for almost 19 years in roles that include designer and artistic director. An organized and conscientious person, she meets the objectives of each project by combining the skills of a graphic designer, an interactive web designer and a project manager, and is therefore a very versatile and much-appreciated resource.

The professional experience she has gained working for agencies and in private practice has focused on branding, event communication, web design, electronic marketing and multimedia for a variety of public- and private-sector projects in the fields of the arts, health, finance, commerce, tourism, training and human resources.

Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Communication Arts with a multimedia concentration from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1998 and she also has a Diploma of College Studies in literature with a film concentration.

Marie-Claud Rémond

Coordinator

Marie-Claud has more than 10 years of experience in publishing, graphic
design, project management, production coordination and events organization. She holds a vocational diploma in visual presentation from École Compétences 2000, and was also publishing coordinator and stylist for some 20 publications, including a number of magazines.

Marie-Claude Roussel

Account Director

Marie-Claude has worked in advertising for more than 20 years. She acquired her extensive expertise in advertising and marketing by working for agencies and advertisers, which gives her a very clear vision of client needs. She is recognized for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical turn of mind, and she puts her passion and dedication to work for each client.

She earned a degree in communication science with high distinction from the Université de Montréal and has planned media campaigns for such prestigious and varied clients as L'Oréal Canada, Desjardins, Tourisme Québec and the SAQ. More recently, she was involved in the launch of more than 200 films distributed by Seville Pictures, Canada’s largest distributor of films. This experience enabled her to extend her field of expertise to include promotion, project management and the design of advertising and promotional materials.

Marie-Hélène Fréchette

Communication Consultant and Project Manager

Strategic planner, editor and seasoned project manager, Marie- Hélène combines 17 years of experience in communications, public relations and event management, acquired both in agency and private companies. She has worked on the development and implementation of numerous plans and marketing communication projects, especially within the Group Gignac, Cartier Communications, GX Communication and SVM. She also managed her own company from 2008 to 2013.

Known for her quick analysis of the specific issues of each organization, her creative spirit, her expertise in content development and strategic writing, her precision, her leadership and her sense of priorities, she knows how to win the trust of her clients and provide them with guidance through the deployment of all their internal and external communication offensives.

Fabrice Tremblay

Editor

Fabrice is particularly interested in the world of communications, business and finance. He is an editor, a developer and a translator. For nearly ten years, he collaborated as a journalist with publications such as Les Affaires newspaper, the Commerce magazine and Conseiller.ca, a website specialized in financial services.

Fabrice holds a Bachelor Degree from HEC Montreal in Economics as well as a Certificate in Journalism from the University of Montreal. He accomplishes writing and consulting mandates, specifically to assist clients in preparing position paper documents. He keeps himself updated with the latest trends in web communication.

Roxane Gélinas

Account Manager and Event Coordinator

Roxane is a seasoned organizer who has worked on more than 200 events for the Montreal business community. Her experience includes more than eight years with The Canadian Club of Montreal, an organization recognized for major conferences featuring presidents of large companies.

Her extensive experience in event organization enables her to play a role that is both administrative and logistical. She has also worked for non-profit organizations and small businesses. She is known for her efficiency, thoroughness and sense of priorities, and can manage a large number of files and projects simultaneously.

Roxane has a Certificate in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is completing a second certificate at the same institution. She speaks English, French and Spanish.

Joan Doré

Executive Assistant and Project Manager

Joan Doré has worked in communications and event coordination in Montreal’s cultural milieu for about 10 years. With her creativity, versatility, writing skills and ability to synthesize, she assists C4’s management and works on various projects. During her career, she has also acted as curator and coordinator of a festival of textile art.

Joan obtained a Master of Art Studies with high distinction from the Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a Master of Fine Arts with distinction from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris.

Héloïse Mazet

Assistant – Project manager

Héloïse combines 10 years of experience in events and artistic projects management, communications, sales, research and translation. She has worked for various agencies, galleries and museums in France, Italy and Canada. Thorough and versatile, she assists the direction of C4 while handling various projects for our clients.

She holds a Master's degree in History of Art and Architecture from the Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Master's degree in History from the University of Strasbourg.

Daniela Naiden

Accounting

Daniela has more than 10 years of experience in accounting. She has worked in the service and production areas. Rigorous and highly capable, she is responsible for the financial statements, year-of-end processes, government reporting and bookkeeping. She handles the accounting for the organization and for some of our clients while being involved in C4 team’s projects.

She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal and holds the CPA, CGA designation.
